An authentic, Italian gelato shop in the heart of the East Hill Neighborhood of Pensacola. We are one of the few gelato producers in the country to make all of our flavors completely from scratch; without the use of pre-mixes, artificial flavorings, dyes, or fillers. We take great care to ensure all of our gelato is made with the same standards and quality of ingredients as the best Gelaterias found throughout Italy.

We pair our craft gelato with a full espresso bar featuring Lavazza Gran Espresso, roasted in Torino, Italy.

All of our gelato is produced on site daily. We spent years cultivating the best recipes to serve the most delicious product and we hope you enjoy every bite!

We are proudly located in the historic Sacred Heart Hospital on 12th Avenue (on the De Soto/ South side of the building).
